Our practice accepts most major credit cards and insurance plans. Our office staff is available to assist you with insurance claims and paperwork. We can work with your insurance provider to ensure your coverage meets your needs and is within budget. If you have any questions about your insurance, please let us know.
At this time, we are unable to accept new patients with Delta Dental or Superior insurance plans. We do offer an in-house Dental Benefit Plan, providing an alternative, cost-saving option to our patients. Please scroll down to read more.

Dental Benefit Plan
No dental insurance? We can help! For our patients without insurance, we’ve launched our Dental Benefit Plan to simplify payments for preventative care. Our loyal members also save money on treatment.
All plans include the following benefits:
- No deductibles or reimbursements – you are eligible for savings right away
- No yearly maximums – visit the dentist as much or as little as you need to
- No need to worry about figuring out who is in-network or out-of-network
- You can join any time of year
Adult Plan
For patients needing regular cleanings and absence of periodontal disease
$40/month ($89 Lifetime Activation Fee*)
- Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
- Doctor exams (2 per year)
- Fluoride treatment (2 per year)
- X-rays
- One emergency exam per year (if needed)
- 10% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
You’ll save $180 or more per year!
Perio Plan
For patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of gum disease
$64/month ($89 Lifetime Activation Fee*)
- Professional dental cleanings (3 per year)
- Doctor exams (2 per year)
- Fluoride treatment (2 per year)
- X-rays
- One emergency exam per year (if needed)
- 10% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
You’ll save $150 or more per year!
Child Plan
12 and younger
$33/month ($89 Lifetime Activation Fee*)
- Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
- Doctor exams (2 per year)
- X-rays
- Fluoride treatment (2 per year)
- One emergency exam per year (if needed)
- 10% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
